During more than twenty years'development of the reform and opening, good-sized industrial clusters, which are based on the traditional industries, have been formed in Zhejiang province. And the industrial clusters have been the new factor of the growing of Zhejiang economy. But with the entrance of the World Trade Organization and the global transformation and adjustment of industrial configuration, industrial clusters in Zhejiang province are facing increasing difficulties on the way of development. Under those backgrounds, the problems on how to maintain and promote the competitiveness of industrial clusters, and how to consolidate and enhance the status of the industrial clusters' products in the domestic and international market have been attached importance by the scholars and local government.But presently the scholars in the domestic paid much attention to the researches on the formation mechanism, the type and qualitative analysis of the competitive advantage of industrial clusters.
