Building The Evaluation System Of Industrial Cluster Competitiveness

At Present, the development of industry clusters for regional economic development and the national economy as a whole plays a vital role, has become the new economic growth point in promoting world economic development. Industrial clusters can not only promote the cluster companies to reduce production costs, increase revenues, but also to promote good rapid development of the regional economy, and bring new vitality to the regional economy. Textile and garment industry as part of the traditional industrial economy, there have been the development of industrial clusters, and also expanded, with the scale of the social development of industrial clusters. Industrial clusters as a dynamic mode of economic organization, has stepped up its research to promote more economists and sociologists. This article is based on Porter’s diamond model and the GEM model in two different analysis methods of evaluation system of Zhengzhou, the textile and garment industry cluster competitiveness.From the point of the view of social and economic development, economic and organizational models of industrial clusters as a regional context, is a common phenomenon in the process of industrialization, the rapid development of enterprises is also conducive to regional economic stability and growth. China’s economists pointed out that industry clusters for regional economic development has brought new vitality, and provide a competitive advantage for regional economic development. The current situation, China’s industrial clusters in the continuous development of new situations and new problems will appear, in-depth and detailed understanding of industrial clusters and analysis of the competitiveness of not only beneficial to our competitive advantage and comparative advantage of industrial clusters is analyzed theoretically, more conducive to our practice to understand the problems of local industrial clusters, new development proposals for public policy makers, but also for the industrial clusters in China’s regional innovation system to provide a new way of thinking.In this these, an attempt to build on the basis of learning and reading a lot of industrial cluster development article to the GEM model in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, garment industry cluster competitiveness. Firstly, according to the characteristics of Zhengzhou garment industry and related industries, the establishment of a three evaluation index system; Secondly, the use of AHP Analytical Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of the indicators at all levels in the GEM model; Thirdly, the survey questionnaire and combination of experts and scholars on the score summary score of the competitiveness of industrial clusters. The significance of this paper is mainly reflected in the use of qualitative and quantitative want to combine a detailed analysis, and the use of the GEM model on the level of competitiveness of Zhengzhou City’s garment industry cluster analysis, and build a complete evaluation index system of industrial clusters.At the same time, the combination of the status of industrial clusters in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, compared with our excellent industrial clusters, a more systematic analysis of this complex system of garment industry cluster.
