Study On The Promotion Of The Competitiveness Of Zhejiang Industrial Clusters Under The Open Circumstances

With the development of the globalization and regionalization of economy, and the deepening of international division of labor, the industrial cluster, as a common economic phenomenon, has been attached importance to in theory and practice. And the industrial clusters are playing a more and more important role in Zhejiang's economy. With the entrance to the World Trade Organization of China and the global adjustment of industry structure, industrial clusters in Zhejiang province are facing more and more difficult problems. Under the open circumstances, how to consolidate and strengthen the status of the industrial cluster's products in the domestic and international markets, and how to promote the competitiveness of Zhejiang industrial clusters are problems which have attracted the attention of scholars and the local government.By the study of literatures, at first the paper reviewed the theories of industrial clusters and made a comment on the theories of industrial clusters competitiveness. On the basis of literatures and the analysis of Zhejiang industrial cluster's actualities, characteristics, types and competitiveness expression, the paper constructed an evaluation system of industrial clusters competitiveness. Then, with the application of quantitive analysis and qualitative analysis, the paper selected Yiwu textile industrial cluster as a case study to analyse the competitiveness. At last, it came up with measures to promote the competitiveness of Zhejiang industrial clusters under the open circumstance.
