In view of personnel shortage of Zhicheng Group in the process of its expansion, this article analyses its problems of training pattern and puts forward to management methods of effectively training personnel, establishes suitable pattern of corporation's training personnel. The author points out some thinking on how to build an enterprise into that of studying type.From these thinking, we get to know, firstly, personnel training of enterprise is of important strategy. It is one of important components of human resource development of enterprise. Its fundamental purpose is to improve comprehensive competition of enterprise; Secondly, personnel training are of stage character, which is due to stage character of enterprise development; lastly, personnel training are of two-way character of information exchange. It is not only the channel of enterprise affecting personnel but also that of personnel expressing suggestion and participating management.
