| The development of talent and training are the important contents of modern corporate human resources management, with the advent of the era of knowledge economy and the development of global economic integration, technology and talent are the core competition of global market. As the creator, disseminator and user, talents become the first strategic resource. Corporation training is an important means of cultivating talent, improving corporate development level and keeping advantage in long term competition, and should be treated as strategic investment to deeply analyze and plan. China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp. Training Center is part of China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp(CASIC), as CASIC’s training center, it servers overall strategic. It is significant to take in-depth research on its training center from the perspective of strategic development.In this paper, by the means of system engineering theory, with the analysis of knowledge management, organizational learning and learning organization, human capital, corporation training and development strategy theory, it analyzes the current development strategy situation and problems. Considering the new opportunities and challenges, detailed research on external industry environment, organization structure, financial and stuff situation, internal program operation environment are done.Then with SWOT analysis method and considering strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats factors, this paper sets and analyzes the position and the future development strategy of training center, it also setup the goal system and major content of training center development strategy. At last, from optimizing training system, promoting informal learning based on corporation internet platform and utilizing the advantage of CASIC’s brand to expand market aspects, it discusses the implementation strategy of training center’s development tactic in order to solve exist problems. |
