Owning to similar standards of "hardware" in the hotels home and abroad, the competition of Hospitality Industry has focused on such "softwares" as service level, staff skills. Team training has played an elementary role in it. Because of low quality level and high staff mobility generally among gross root employees of home hospitality industry, our home hospitality industry are facing a tough task how to train gross root employees effectively. The paper studies scientific raining project for gross root employees in JX Hotel, and also provides a certain relative results and enlightenment.Under theory guides of need hierarchy, human recourse capital, organization for study purpose, the paper adopted such study methods as the combination between theory and practice, investigating and studying on the spot, Stat. analysis, chart analysis. It starts with the brief introduction for the present employee training situation of JX Hotel. The detailed analysis on the data of investigation and statistics exposes some questions: comparatively low awareness of training, lack of complete training system and standard training rule.
