The Traditional Hotel has turned to intelligent development,becoming an irresisible trend in the development of hotel industry with the advent of artificial intelligence era.We take the representative IH hotel in Beijing as an example studying the optimization of training in the age of artificial intelligence,which plays an irreplaceable role in the process of The Traditional Hotel's wisdom transformation.At the mean time,in order to solve the outstanding problems of staff training in the process of The Traditional Hotel transformation,this paper introduces the training method which adapts to the market competition in the new era into the training process.On the basis of fully studying the relevant theories and domestic and foreign literatures,this paper makes diagnoses the problems arising from the training of employees in the process of The Traditional Hotel transformation and upgrading,and discusses the urgency and necessity of optimizing training.and put forward the optimization measures of staff training.Combing questionnaire survey,interview and customer network evaluation,studying the effect of employee training using SPSS,as an example of IH Hotel in Beijing.It is found that the hotel's operating efficiency is improved through the analysis of the survey results,,the training effect is improved,the training guarantee mechanism is strengthened,and the employee's satisfaction with the training is increased.Secondly,based on the humanism theory,demand level theory,emotional intelligence management theory and psychological capital theory,the seven key principles of employee training system are put forward: that is let staff training highlight humanities,providing personalized service to meet consumers' needs and using empathy to take full care of the feelings of the object of service,to create a humanized service with affinity,by paying attention to the practical effectiveness of practical training to improve the employees adaptability and fully subjective initiative and so on.In the end,we put forward the optimization measures from four aspects: firstly,building a "five-in-one" training model to promote the transformation of employees through the incentive mechanism,emotional intelligence management,psychological contract,psychological capital and transfer motivation.Secondly,making "scientific development" to promote the employee talent transformation including improving the concept of training,perfecting the training system,strengthening the guarantee of teachers,and establishing a "two-way" evaluation feedback mechanism,and so on.Thirdly,through "integrated planning" to promote hotel training optimization.Using participatory training method to enhance staff's sense of unity and cooperation,reasonably planning training time and advocating informal training of teacher-apprentice system,carrying out various of reality training,applying New Media "Smart training" Technology to optimize training experience,establishing the multi-dimensional performance evaluation system,building a training file management system,and setting up a complete training system.Fourthly,through "hardware and software" method to promote the overall coordinated and sustainable development of hotels.Improving the "soft environment" of the hotel by optimizing the organizational environment,by this way,our hotel will be turned into wisdom hotel after improving the "hard environment" by training and popularizing.It is proved that the optimization research of staff training in the process of The Traditional Hotel transformation and upgrading is feasible and suitable for popularization and application.
