Integrating researches on the operation strategy of modern enterprise—Sichuan fiber glass Company, and analyses on its advantageous & disadvantageous outer-circumstances, this essay illustrates a producing and marketing condition of this company and summarizes that the essential competitive & developing strategy lies on a lower-cost differentiation. This kind of strategy takes a very important role on researching and summarizing the reforming and developing of Chinese state enterprises.This essay can be divided into three phases: First of all, the author elaborated the developing history, economic character, internal-oversea status and developing trends of Bolivia filament industry and the present condition of Bolivia filament fabric and voile (electronic grade), which are produced by Sichuan Bolivia filament Company as leading products; Secondly, the author analyzed the competing strategy of Sichuan Bolivia Filament on the base of expound present status of the company, competitive advantage, marketing share and performing process of the strategy; Lastly, using SWOT Matrix Analytical Method, the author concluded Bolivia filament tactic target system and implementing scheme, and summed up measures to ensure successful implementation.The SWOT Matrix Analytical Method leads to a lower cost differentiation strategy adopted by Sichuan Bolivia Filament Company-The author suggests that Sichuan fiber glass Company, l)should keep on technical improvement on products line to deepen the whole project; 2) should grasp optimal opportunities on combining with investors to fetch in blood complementarity system and establish a self-renovation system; 3) should insist on achieving the top one in Bolivia filament trade on China by producing special type of Bolivia filament by crucible process on the base of combining import and exploitation; 4) and should establish corresponding company structure and managing...
