Feasibility Research On Development Project Of Holiday Resort In Tianchi Lake Of Huaying Hill

Tourism development is a comprehensive activity of sociality and technological economy. Recently, it has been given great attention with increasing demand for tourism in our country. However, there were still many problems which caused great loss in the course of tourism development. On account of this, The thesis presents a argument that it is necessary to conduct feasibility study of tourism development, the thesis has demonstrated and evaluated a project of tourism development fully and roundly, for finding out the feasibility of the tourism development, based on basic principles of project demonstration and evaluation in modern project management, along with actual situation and characteristics of the tourism development and scientific methods.In the first 2 tow chapters, the author starts with definition of the tourism development, the author analyses common process of tourism development and expounds the practical significance of feasibility study. Combining absorption of advanced ideas and methods of the same research from the domestic and overseas with the present situation of tourism development of China, The thesis has set up theoretical foundation of feasibility study of tourism development, probes into the vital contents and means of feasibility study of tourism development, and generalizes process of it. Moreover, the feasible patterns and requirements of the report of feasibility study is also put forward, which is achievement of this study.Regarding the Tianchi of Huaying Hill Holoday Resort described in chapter 3 as a typical case, and with the help of the study above, the author attempts to reach a connection of the theories and practice organically. Based on the study and demonstration of construction scope, site choosing, construction planning, environmental impact evaluation, financial evaluation, social assessment and risk analysis of this case, the paper has concluded that it is necessary and feasible to carry out this project and given out the result in the form the report of feasibility study.
