Study Of Longyuan Comprehensive Tourism Development Project In Shanhaiguan

With the continuous development of China’s national economy and the increase of people’s consumption level, tourism spending has become the daily consumption of common people. It has been given great enthusiasm for development of tourism project. However, in some areas, because of neglecting the feasibility study, many problems appeared in the course of tourism development, which caused great lose. Thus, the feasibility study is necessary before investment and it is also an important research topic. On account of this, this thesis holds that it is necessary to process the feasibility study of tourism project development. The paper demonstrates and evaluates a project of tourism development fully and roundly for finding out the feasibility of the tourism development, on the basis of the basic principles of project demonstration and evaluation in modern project management, combining with the character of tourism development and actual circumstances.Integrating literature reading with case study, this paper firstly introduces the theory of feasibility study and project evaluation. And then concludes the content of feasibility study of tourism development project.Secondly, regarding the Longyuan comprehensive tourism development project as a typical case, combining with the characteristics of the region’s tourism resources, analyzing and evaluating from the investment environment, market, finance, risk and other aspects of social and ecological benefits, this paper demonstrates that the development of this project could meet the tourism market’s needs, it has potential for good growth. From a financial point of view, there is a strong profitability, solvency and ability to resist risks, which is ideal for financial benefits. From an environmental point of view, the implementation of the project is feasibility, which will promote local socio-economic development, and integrate social benefits with economic interests.Lastly, this paper proposes some concrete measures to improve the development of the project, which makes the investment feasibility analysis more complete and reasonable. Thus, the investors can get a valuable reference for the evaluation criteria.
