The soil and water erosion of modern loess plateau is a result that human long-term unreasonable make use of the land resources to accelerate the nature erosion. Therefore, it is a basic method that the reasonable using land can prevents and controls the soil erosion, recovers the ecosystem environment and realizes the eco-economy system to keep on developing.The research regards Nihegou valley as the research object. It consults the science of soil and water conservation, the pedology, the landscape ecology, the soil erosion and the economics principle. The purpose is to keep the valley Eco-economy system's sustainable development. According to the Eco-economy system characteristics of land and the problems, the research includes the following four aspects:(l) The demarcation of the eco-economy system unit in land;(2)Using the Neill correction model to do a calculation of ecosystem value in land;(3)Estimating the value of economy in land on the basis of output-input investigation;(4)Research on relation the land ecosystem with the land economy.The results from the research showed as follows:1. It established a primary classification system of land eco-economy of the Nihegou valley. After they being created, land type diagram, the actual land using condition diagram, slope diagram and the soil type diagram were added by GIS to get the land eco-economy diagram. Moreover, according to eco-economic characteristics, these lands in valley may be classified four one-class types and several second-class types, which provide a foundation to further research.2. From the evaluation to land economy value, it can get: ①?the scope of farmland's PI in Nihegou valley is 0.0383-0.1964, the average value is 0.1201;orchard land is 0.0563~0.3662, the average value is 0.1478;woodland is 0.0636~0.1882, the average value is 0.1386, and the PI of acacia in different sites is plateau area > ditch bottom> shade slope > half open-shade slope > open slope;grassland is 0.0288~0.1515, the average value is 0.0673;and the PI of grassland in different sites is shade slope > ditch bottom > half open- shade slope > open slope, ②in plateau area, Wheat value is 0.1122, Corn value is 0.1467, Orchard value is 0.1478;and the PI of plateau area in different sites is ditch mesa > flat ground > level terrace> sloping fields > border fields > bystreet fields;the order in ditch sloping fields is ditch middle > ditch bottom > ditch top;in ditch bottom is acacia > willow > grass > poplar.3. It can get a conclusion to the economic value in land: ?the net output of the farmland is Wheat > Corn > Rape;orchard land is Fuji > Qinguan;the total economic value of farmland and orchard land in a year in the valley is 2,231,000 Yuan, the input-output ratio in the whole valley is 2.7294:1. This indicates the output is far more than the input, the economic performance of ecosystem in surface layer land is very obvious and the productivity efficiency is higher, ?the total economic value of woodland is roughly 7,795,984 Yuan, ?the total value of lawn converted into standard coal is approximately 476,827 Yuan.4. The model for land eco-economy is developed in Nihegou, and land eco- economy is classified several grades. The problems of use of land are analyzed, and approach adaptable suggestions.
