Beijing Mountain Farmers' Land Use And Input-output Impact

This paper analyzes the economic and social environment and land use environment ofland use activities in Mentougou District of Beijing,that is based on the household contractresponsibility system and rapid economic development of Beijing outskirt,non-farmemployment opportunities increased,the proportion of non-farm gains in rural householdincome increased,while the proportion of agricultural income declined. Describe householdland use behavior various features of three typical village of yanchi town of MentougouDistrict,including the choice of land use,land investment behavior and the behavior of theland transfer,and further analyze the influencing factors of household land use. Based onthese,analyze the input-output situation of farming and horticulture of farmers landrespectively,and suggest impact on the economic and ecological benefits of household landuse. Integrate household land use behavior characteristics and input-output situation,putforward household land use regulation suggestions in terms of economicefficiency,ecological benefits and safeguards regulation.Through analysis,this paper draw the following conclusions:household land usebehavior characteristics in Mentougou District are the land use choice various,inputintensity is small,land transfer mechanisms are inadequate. The influencing factors ofhousehold land use behavior are, personal characteristics, family characteristics, resourceendowment and urban expansion. The influencing factors of land economic benefits areland use patterns and land use transfer behavior,and land use patterns also have a greatimpact on green coverage rate and ecological environment. Based on these,this paperpropose that we should guide farmers use land resources reasonably from the six aspects:strengthen land transfer,promote land large-scale operation,strengthen landinvestment,increase output,improve farmers,awareness of sustainable development,andactively promote eco-agriculture,improve land use system and social servicesystem,enhance the supporting ecological construction, to achieve the increase of land useefficiency and the sustainable use of land resources.
