At present, increased personnel, unbalanced structure and inefficient staffs exist inlots of power supply enterprise. it has a lot of relations with lack of science effectivehuman resource planning. This article analyses the human resources situation of powersupply enterprise, finds the question that the power supply enterprise human resourcesmanagement exists, and on the basis of reestablished organizational structure, hasdesigned human resources plan of the power supply enterprise, and finally applies it toSJZ Power Supply Company.The key point and the difficult point of the subject are how to select methodpredicting the supplies and the demands of human resources. This article use Grey modeland neural network to predict demands, and then use microscopic collection method toanalyze and modify the result to make it fits the company better. Use Markov model andpresent situation investigation method to predict the supplies. It provides a new and moreeffective forecast method for power supply enterprise to make human resource plan. |
