With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening of the reform of electric power system,the market degree of power supply enterprises is increasing,and the competition among several domestic power supply enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.The competition in today's society,after all is the competition of talents,especially in the power of the technology intensive industry,human resources as an important resource for the business activities of enterprises,more enterprise managers focus on business.Human resource planning for the future production and business activities of the pre human aspects of the preparation,continuous and systematic analysis on the demand for human resources development,continue to meet and adapt to the strategic planning of enterprise and enterprise's long-term interests.Therefore,how to design a set of scientific and effective human resources planning according to the development of SDDL group company,has become a practical problem to be solved urgently in the human resource management department of SDDL group company.In this paper,basic research and literature in the extensive collection of relevant information,research,human resources planning research status at home and abroad,research results and related basic theory,firstly studies the connotation and process of human resource planning,to forecast the supply and demand of human resources and human resources balance theory;The current situation of human resource management of SDDL group company is analyzed from the SDDL group company staff structure,staff of professional quality and liquidity,are the main problems with the current human resources management lies in the lack of systematic planning,unreasonable personnel structure,training mechanism and salary system design and incentive mechanism is not perfect;Through the SDDL group company human resources supply and demand forecasting and human resources balance analysis,the next 5 years,the basic balance of human resources,the balance of supply and demand in the supply and demand of the needle in place of the human resources supply and demand balance;Then made the plan of human resource planning SDDL group company from human resources business planning,personnel recruitment planning,staff training plan and salary incentive plan,at the same time from four aspects:organization system,information management platform and team construction ofsafeguard measures for the implementation of SDDL group company human resources plan.This study has practical guiding significance for strengthening the human resources management of SDDL group company,helps companies build intensive human resources management mode,promote the construction of UHV and smart grid service,enhance staff awareness and enthusiasm.To achieve the optimal allocation of human resources,to achieve the common development of enterprises and employees of the target.
