In 21st century, people pay more attention to nutritive, healthy and delicious food. In the conditions of food industries developing rapidly and the marketing expanding, many multinational corporation come into Chinese food marketing. The compitition of food marketing become more fierce, the traditional marketing methods are not suit to the new situation of food marketing .It is very important to use advanced marketing theory to direct food marketing .Implementing new marketing idea is an inevitable choice to modern corporation.Xi'an Sun food limited corporation(abbreviated as "sun food corporation") has much experience of producing food and sales, the production of "sun" brand rice chips and "a xiang po" brand savory beef sauce was very popular by consumers .It was famous in the professing of food and still is one of the best brand at present. It is a chanllege for the corporation to know how to become stronger and grow larger when external environment has changed very rapidly and it is different as before. This requires leaders of sunfood corporation to make a series of marketing tactics with strong feasibility that will make strategic guidance for the corporation.This article combined sun food corporation's actual conditions, on the basis of marketing reaserch,made use of modern marketing theories, corporation image designation ,fuzzy mathematics etc. The text has designed a set of marketing schemes with strong feasibility. By using SWOT methods, this article analysed the opportunities, threats, advantages, and weakness ofcorporation .It made and explained especially in these factors which include establishing famous brand, opening up new channels, choosing suitable price launching marketing, customer satisfaction and establishing whole image of corporation, etc. It also involved in marketing segmentation, target marketing and marketing positioning.With all of those measures, the article tries to find a new way to help sun food corporation to take the sustainable development.
