Green food, labeling special logos with the permission from some organizations, is produced by the special manufacture method under the sustainable development principles. Green food is a kind of unpolluted, safe, high quality and nutrition food. Developing with our nation's wealth sustained improving and the level of people's lives continuous increasing, the development of green food in China is becoming very fast. Green food industry is playing a very important role in the adjustment of agriculture structure, promoting the improvement of agriculture products, buildup the competition capabilities of the agric-products. But nowadays the sales performances of green food are not very optimism. The main reasons are the bottom necks of green food marketing channels. Such as the production out of gears of sales, the blocking channels of green food products and the lag of green food marketing methods.The Anhui fuhuang chaohu sanzhen company that the text studies with the big scale of producing, the high technique and equipment is the big-medium green-food product enterprises in Anhui. Sanzhen company gets a series of authentication such as green-food attestation, HACCP of American FDA, EC of Europe .In the beginning the company did not has a clear marketing positioning of products and did not make deeply marketing research of greed-food marketing channels. So the marketing channels of company build up with shortsighted. All these make that the sale capabilities can not get up with the producing capabilities of the company, also affect the brand of the company green-food building up. Facing the situation of the company Sanzhen Company wears that marketing channels are reasonable and efficient can get more marketing shares. How to build up marketing channel of green-food and improve the sale of green-food is the key problem.Through the ways of substantial evidence investigation and SWOT analysis on the marketing channels of Anhui fuhuang chaohu sanzhen company, the text analysis its strength and weakness, opportunity and threats of exterior environment, and to find out error and problems in the marketing channels. The author applies the model of AHP to choose the channels of the company, and try to offer the company a relatively objective and feasible marketing channels tactics.
