Research On The Stability And Stable Mechanism Of Supply Chain Cooperation Relationships

With the rapid development globalization and integration of the world economy and the market competition intensify day by day, supply chain have become the mainstream competition pattern in the enterprise operational activities. While the disintegration ratio of supply chain is continuously high in the realistic economic activities. So how to make the cooperation relationships of supply chain more stability is a problem worth thinking deeply. This thesis is research on the stability and stable mechanism of supply chain cooperation relationships, so that some helpful thoughts about the stable operation of supply chain can be provided.First, through an overall review of relevant documents about the stable of strategic alliances and supply chain, this thesis analyses the essence of the stability of supply chain cooperation relationships, and definite the stability of supply chain cooperation relationships. Then, the theoretical model of the key factors which affect the stability of supply chain cooperation relationships is established, carries out three kinds of SPSS statistics software analysis on data obtained through questionnaire survey, including factor analysis, correlation analysis, as well as regression analysis, and modifies the theoretical model by dividing the whole cooperation level into the communication and trust mechanism and the cooperation level of supply chain. After that, this thesis consider the cooperation relationships of supply chain as similar to the biological community's cooperation relations, and research the stable mechanism of supply chain cooperation relationships base on the reciprocal altruism behavior from the biology angle and the reinforcement learning algorithm. Then carries on simulation by computer, through the evolved analysis with several kind proportions of different type enterprises, regardless what proportion of the enterprise type, so long as the reciprocal altruism mechanism exist, we can obtain that enterprises will be able to study the behavior through the reinforcement learning to proliferate mutually in the enterprises, finally the enterprises will achieved a kind of steady state.Suggestions and proposals are put forward by the author for the stable operation of supply chain. They are establishing widespread communication and trust mechanism between the supply chain enterprises, enhancing the core competitive power of the enterprises, establishing the satisfactory profit adjustment mechanism and the fair profit assignment mechanism, enhancing the cooperation level between the enterprises, and creating a good social environment.
