| With gradual opening-up of China's financial service industry, the competition between foreign banks and domestic commercial banks, especially state-owned commercial banks becomes more and more fiercely, which requires higher demands on the management and operation of the banking industry. The entry of foreign banks leads to the loss of outstanding talent, especially the loss of knowledge staff. The join of these talents will make foreign banks more competitive. The knowledge employee capture is a problem of reward treatment, which is about the distribution system. Therefore, the establishment of incentive mechanism which not only conforms to the modern human resources management theory essence but also can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of the knowledge staff is helpful for the state-owned commercial banks to retain talents.The incentive mechanism for knowledge staff in state-owned commercial banks is essential to enhance the bank's competitiveness and improve the service level of banks. By analyzing the status of incentive mechanisms for the knowledge staff, this thesis identifies the existing problems of knowledge staff incentive mechanism. Based on the latest achievements of incentives theory, an idea of the new incentive mechanism is proposed.Through the way of questionnaire survey, an investigation on the degree of satisfaction to the state-owned commercial bank staffs is carried out. Based on the results of the investigation statistics and the domestic and foreign knowledge staff's incentive mechanism, this thesis proposes the construction of knowledge staff incentive mechanism plan in state-owned commercial bank. The incentive mechanism mainly contains the following contents: The establishment of scientific achievements evaluation system, the construction of reasonable salary system, the design of excitability work, the establishment of institutionalized training system for the bank's knowledge staff, the completion of the bank knowledge staff's professional career management and the establishment of the restraint mechanism for knowledge staff of bank.The construction of incentive mechanism is also a very important issue which has a direct influence on the effectiveness of the implementation of incentive mechanisms. This thesis proposes the advancement steps of incentive mechanism implementation, analyzes the questions which will possibly appear in the process of incentive mechanism implementation and proposes a corresponding solution. |
