Since the Reform and Open of China, the economy of Nanchang has beendeveloping rapidly. During these years, Nanchang actively responded theslogan—connecting the Rearl-River delta,the Changjiang-River delta,the Min-Riverdelta and merging the world, which was introduced by the government of Jiangxiprovince, then put forward the new request for the economic development of our city.As the main economic part, the state-owned enterprises of Nanchang succeeded toface the recent situation, hurried with the adjustment of construction and set out toconstitute the system of modern enterprise, then lead Nanchang to grow up first inJiangxi.However, experiences both from our country and abroad proves that the mostimportant factor of an enterprise's development is human being. Today, with theperfection of enterprises' "hardware", how to make full use of employees'potential—a"software" for enterprises, it's a problem which many state-owned ehterprises payattention to and researth all the time. Human resourse which play an important role indeciding whether the state-owned enterprises succeed or fail is the strategic resourceof morden enterprises. As the important means of development and mangement forhuman resource, inspiration for eoployees has been taken into account and adopted bymore and more state-owned enterprises. This paper shows the general problem ofinspiration for employees, analyzes the actuality of state-owned enterprises'inspiration for enployees in Nanchang, and puts forward relevant adjustable strategiesand suggestions for existing problems to attract and remain talents, take goodadvantage of employees' enthusiasm, initative and creativity, and pour new energy intothe state-owned enterprises of our city, advance them to get new and fastdevelopment.
