With the further development of China's market economy, the demand of domestic fire-fighting equipment keeps increasing. KT Company, the research object in my paper, specialized in the equipment of fire-fighting broadcast communication. At present, it is threatened by home and abroad counterparts. It is a big question facing KT company to sustain development that how to maintain its leading position in this competition.Under the theory guide of specialized and multiplied management strategy as well as market niche strategy, the paper, adopting such the analysis methods as the combination of theory with practice, quantity with quality, analyzes and researches the case in the analysis framework of SWOT. In an attempt to further promote nuclear competitive forces, based on the analysis of internal and external atmosphere of KT Company, the paper designs specialized and multiplied management strategy plans respectively and also detailed analyses their advantages and disadvantages. After the implementation of specialized and multiplied management strategy plans, the prediction of economic profit and adoption of decision tree method have drawn the conclusion that specialized management strategy in dominant diffuseness way should be adopted, that is to say, the management strategy centering the innovation...
