After 2010,the global PC industry has entered a stage of rapid development,and even slow decline,from the stage of rapid development ten years ago.At the same time,the personal computer industry competition is more and more intense.With the upgrading of the personal computer market competition,the difference in market demand and rapid changes in customer demand is increasingly high and difficult to grasp.The price war of various manufacturers,product line diversification,advertising war can only be a temporary solution.Facing the convergence of competition,because of the personal computer market gradually mature,various manufacturers is difficult to achieve large differences in technology and products,more and more enterprises under the pressure of competition and product segmentation and price battle.To maintain a leading position in the fierce competition,improve product quality,enhance customer satisfaction is the key to win customers,the occupation of the market.Product development department,as the personal computer sales system to provide ‘ammunition and artillery shells' to the market,and plays a role of bridge between products and customers.If no sturdy project quality management,no customer satisfaction evaluation system,we will gradually lose customers.It is not only the modern personal computer production difficult to continue,but not for the enterprise brand image and influence improvement.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the quality management and customer satisfaction of personal computer products.In this paper,the use of project quality management,customer satisfaction theory and related knowledge,combined with my working practice,construction of evaluation system of project quality management,customer satisfaction.Taking L company as an example,the product A(personal computer machine)for scientific research products of project quality management,customer satisfaction.In the project quality management from product development process analysis,production problem analysis,customer satisfaction analysis,customer service and product analysis of four aspects of analysis,summarizes the experience and lessons of L company in the project quality management,customer satisfaction,this research not only on the L company project quality management,customer satisfaction is put forward thinking and exploration,to provide some suggestions for L company quality system construction and management,but also can be referred by some other domestic manufacturers.
