As international enterprises play an important role in economy, society and politics of modern world, and the international enterprises in our country are slow-developing, we must study and practice new managerial ways which are suitable for the international enterprises of our country. The nature of management is the management to people. Middle-level managers are important in the international enterprises, so it is a new problem to study correlative encouraging measures and design appropriate remuneration system for middle-level managers.On the basis of studying the correlative remuneration theories and human resources theories, firstly the thesis structure the reasonable the quota system for managers'job evaluation, and evaluate the main positions of middle-level managers. Secondly, this thesis designs the remuneration system for middle-level managers from inside and outside according to the procedure of remuneration design, which is broad meaning and suitable for middle-level managers in international enterprises. In the last part, the thesis studies an example and designs the remuneration system for this enterprise, and analyses the investigative result of satisfied degree for remuneration regulation,in order to verify the reasonableness the conclusion.In all, three characters in this thesis are as below:1.Novel topic. International enterprises are the hot topic in the field of management. This thesis cooperates this topic with the own major within the limits of the study to avoid the vogue and general, which make the study more detailed. 2.Synthetic ways. This thesis combines the documents research with Mathematics Statistics method and case research method, in order to improve the objectivity and operability of and avoid the limitation of the thesis.3.Systematic procedure. This thesis structures the remuneration system according to the procedure of remuneration design on the basis of the analysis of the theories. In the end, the study of the case further improves the conclusion. This procedure make the thesis enjoy the steady theoretical base and reliable conclusion.
