At present,more and more enterprises are on the "crossroads" in the transformation of organization and talent.For the staffs,the boss are put forward higher request and more challenges.The rapid development of the enterprise can't leave the staffs that have been trained for a long time.Between decision-making and executive management,namely in the middle of the enterprise middle managers.It plays a very important like the bridge,directly affects the rise and fall of the enterprise success or failure.To sum up,continuing to strengthen the cultivation of middle managers and increasing training for such people,it is a convenient form of enterprise to develop steadily.Middle management is one of an important part of the organizational structurein the all over HR pharmaceutical enterprise,.It is the central nervous system of the core production in enterprise and business operation activities".Therefore,we need to build the whole series model training and organize periodic training implementation to enhance the comprehensive ability of middle management.This thesis is divided into six chapters.The first chapter focuses on the research background,research purpose,research significance and methods of the research.The second chapter builds the theoretical concept of this thesis from the training related theory,system training mode and training effect of Kirkpatrick's four level model,management personnel training related research.The third chapter,through the analysis of the training status,it finds out the problems existing in the training of middle-level managers and analyzes the causes of the problems.The fourth chapter,this thesis carries on the comprehensive consideration and optimizes the middle management training system,as taking the company development strategy as the guidance,combineing the company development strategy and personal career development needs and training feedback evaluation.The fifth chapter introduces the four guarantee of training implementation,including:organization guarantee,regime guarantee,conform training resources and internal environment guarantee in corporation.This thesis follows research process that raises the question,analy the problem and solve the problem.The middle-level managers of HR pharmaceutical enterprise as the research object,the thesis summarizes and analyzes deeply on HR pharmaceutical enterprises.including:middle management personnel training status,theories of modern training,HR pharmaceutical enterprise middle management training system for the construction of innovation.At the same time,it puts forward the measures to carry out the training system middle managers.Due to the HR pharmaceutical companies have a certain status in the domestic pharmaceutical companies.The corporation is typical and representative.It can reflect the common problems of this type of enterprises in a certain extent.It has positive guidance and reference for the establishment and perfection of other domestic pharmaceutical enterprise management staff training system.
