Sanjia company is an enterprise engaged on the development of real estate, which has developed many estate items such as Green River City and Glory Times. At present, its real estate business is in a developing state at high-speed, which is in a market filled with intense competition. In the high-speed development time, Sanjia company fall across the winter of the commerce real estate in diversification, fall across embarrassment in integration because of resource decentralization and operation span and expenditure increased. It began to take bad effection to the main business. To select a correct development strategy and retain absolute superiority is very critical for Sanjia Company.On the basis of a great deal of study and analyses on the present status of Chengdu real estate market and the advantage and disadvantage of Sanjia Co., the methods of combining macrocosmic with microcosmic, qualitative with quantitative study is used to make out a practical and prospective competition strategy for the real estate business of Sanjia company.The methods of analysis and thoughts can be a reference in planning the development strategy for other business in real estate field as well.On the basis of theoretical study, the development and management present situation in real estate field of Sanjia Co. are analyzed, and the macroscopic environment and industry competition situation for the real estate business are analyzed and evaluated by using PEST analytical method, Porter's five kinds of competition force model and external factor Evaluation Matrix. The basic conditions and the internal environment for the development of Sanjia company in real estate field are analyzed. The internal environment is evaluated by using Internal Factor Evaluation Matrix. SWOT analyzing model is constructed is used to analyze and choose the competition strategy combination of taking target concentrated strategy as main strategy , integration strategy and strategic alliance as auxiliary strategy is determined for real estate business of Sanjia company. Finally, such specific strategies for Sanjia company development have been given as a combination of authentication system of finance managent, marketing management, human resource management and information management, so as to ensure the strategy to be implemented effectively.
