A Study On The Development Strategy Of Daika Tire Manufacturing Companuy

Under the trend of economic globalization, in order to make the business enterprise obtain the active power in the globalization market competition, and on the foundation of analyzing the strategic environment factors of the business enterprise development strategy, we put forward the near-future and the farsighted strategic programs of Daika company.This text adopts the EFE matrix analysis method to make a strategic analysis of exterior environment, and wear the exterior environment factors systematically, at the same time ,pointing out the opportunity and the threat which brought by the exterior environment of the Daika company ;Then adopt the IFE matrix analysis method to carry on strategy analysis of internal environment of Daika company, wear the internal conditional advantages and the bad situation of Daika company; On the foundation of above analysis, we adopt strategic method-the SWOT matrix method to make a general developing strategies of the company. then through evaluating and choosing, we get the final development strategies: those are Market internationalization strategy, Product-quality-first strategy, the lowest-cost strategy, Persist in technique-innovative and technology-advanced strategy. Meanwhile, study on the apply and control of the new strategies and make designs on the performance evaluating system and controlling system when applying the strategies we made.This research result has an important reference function towards the development of Daika company at present and in the future. If we can apply this research result systematically and scientifically, we can get the obvious management performance.
