SDRI Company was the first Chinese enterprise and As the leader of Asia Electric Equipment Industry,which can produce and design special equipment electrical equipment industry by itself.and which was on the base of the of part the certain Design and Research Institute of the Ministry of Machinery Industry of China.Because ofthe advanced technology, good cost performance ratio and friendly service, Electrical Equipment made by SDRI have been highly praised in both the domestic and foreign In recently years,As dramatic changes of interal operating management and external Environment factors,marketing competition of enterprises increase intensely with the development,it bring a lot of new probiems to affect the further developmen.For example, on the domestic market of low end approaches unhealthy competition, foreign companies have been entering Chinese advanced mmarket.The dustry of the market capacity is limited, Chinese Develops Market is also limited, and so on. Those have detrimental effects on rapid and long-term development of enterprise,SDRI now in a critical period of development,At present, and is still facing a fundamental question, that is implementing the sustainable developmen and continue developing more quickly and become more powerful.In oder to make faster and better development in competition environment and remain invincible in domestic and international, how to formulate the correct and appropriate development strategy is becoming the urgent matter for the enterise further development. This text adopts the EFE matrix analysis method to make a strategic analysis of exterior environment factors systematically, at the same time,pointing out the opportunity and the threat which brought by the exterior environment of the SDRI company, Then adopt the IFE matrix analysis method to carry on strategy analysis of internal environment of SDRI company, pointing out the internal conditional advantages and the bad situation of SDRI company.Finally,On the foundation of above analysis,This paper used the SWOT model,IE and SPACE matrix analysis method to determine its Development Strategy and made some suggestions on the implementation of the strategy.To solve the above problem earnestly,we put forward the near-future and the far sighted strategic programs of SDRI company on the foundation of analyzing the strategic environment factors of the business enterprise development strategy. In the first place, this paper introduced the present condition of strategy management theory as the theory foundation of enterprise strategican alysis.establishment and implementation.secondly,the external and internal environment of SDRI is analyzed and finds out opportunities and threats the company confronted and its own strength and weakness as well,By analysis, we mean SDRI of development must build on. the inside strength of SDRI, such as, a high standard of professionals technical staff,strong technical strengt of research and manufacturer, that many years of our experiences in international trade,and so on.make full use of opportunities the external and internal environmen,Financing Plat of high-grown enterprise,golden opportunity of the electrical manufacturing industry developed rapidly, and also seize a good opportunityopportunity.Activily,on the basis of them.We Put forward that It is imperative to adhere to extension development strategy, so as to help the strategy to realize extension developmentand achieve the aim on bigger and better develops,at the same time combine the act ual situation we give a suggestion that is three main seletive strategy: specialization,capitalizing.intern- -nationalization.to guarantee the successful implement on the development strategy.The reliable measures to ensure smooth implementation of the action, we put forward the five constructive suggestion.This research result has an important direction fluence on the development of SDRI company at present and in the future. And also, it has reference function.towards the development of other same company.
