Now Jilin Province is suffering heavy pressure on urban labor force employment which mainly caused by huge amount of urban labor population, drop behind economic and the non-rationalization of industry proportion. During the reform progress in 1990s, a great number of people were derived from state-owned enterprises in order to acquire the best working efficiency.However if unemployed people could not find jobs for very long time, it may very well seriously hinder both the economic and the social development. Therefor, it is the top urgent task for us to survey the employment situation, analyze the exist problems and the root causes then research for the practical countermeasures .
