With the 20 years'development under Chinese reform, Chinese private enterprises experienced a lot in the market economy. Now it has developed greatly and become an important part of Chinese market economy. It plays a pushing role in our Chinese national economy .In 16th conference of our party we can see the proposal that"develop non-public economy, improve our private enterprises and realize our rich- country- dream."It means that developing the private enterprises is an important and urge strategic task for our party and country in the near future. Now our private enterprises are in the third blooming which is more experienced after the adjustment of the second one under global environment. Especially we are in knowledge times, the competition among the enterprises lies in the competition of the human resources. The problems in human resources management hold back the development of the private enterprises. Now just have a look at the situation of our private enterprises: it is difficult to tempt and leave the high- quality talent; the talent moves so frequently so we are always in the lack of them. The quality of the staff in private enterprises doesn't match the need of the increasing development and the international competition."Human resources are the most important resources of an enterprise."Almost all the managers realize this, but they have no idea about the management of human resources, which is so common in the private enterprises. In this dissertation the author tries to have a research into the situation of human resources management, analyzes the problems in it and then gives some reasonable suggestions. It is meaningful for the improvement of our management level in the private enterprises and local private economic development.This text thinks, we should pay much attention to the human resources management in order to foster the fast, stable and healthy development of the private enterprises. We should constantly learn from practice, pay much attention to the research of the human resources management theories and adopt effective measurements according to the resent situation of our private enterprises in order to improve the human resources management level in the private enterprises.
