| Technology innovation has one of big effects on districts or nation, embodying the basis of view on labor productive forces theory of Marxism. How makes technology innovation act on xi'an economic, It's showing great study importance. Therefore, the relative theory shows that the technology innovation is a significant power for economic development. The paper got some results as follows:(1) Studied the trend of the zone technology innovation around the world and pointed out the strong power of the zone technology innovation on pushing economy development, analyzing the conception, function, feature of zone technology innovation. At the same time, one explained system pattern is expounded the clear relative action between zone technology innovation and economic development.
