Study On Comprehensive Evaluation System Of E-commerce Business

Performance Evaluation, Decentralization Decision-making and Pay Policies are the three pillars in modern corporation administration, among which Performance Evaluation Plays a key role in internal control. Based on the point of view, how to construct synthetical evaluation system is studied, and using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, respectively, to analyze and value synthetically management state of e-commerce.Emergence and maturation of internet technical made e-commerce develop rapidly. With the deep development of e-commerce, how to do Performance Evaluation e-commerce business has become a hot problem.On the basis of analysis of opportunities and challenges brought by the e-commerce atmosphere, the limitedness in traditional Performance Evaluation methods are analyzed. and a value-added performance evaluation system in the e-commerce business is constructed, in which EVA and VaR are measurement index of increment value and venture value. Simultaneity, modern multi-statistical technique is applied, several main factors extracted from original performance evaluation system are regarded as synthetical evaluation index, and new model of valuing synthetically state of management is proposed. 19 companies selected from China's e-commerce business 500 randomly to verify proposed model, and results show that the proposed model can value state management of e-commerce more comprehensive and objective than traditional model.In a word, comprehensive evaluation model of E-commerce Business is proposed in this dissertation with innovation and feasibility.
