Training performance evaluation is a key tache of business training, it is important for corporation, staff, and entire training system.Character of training performance is lag and indirect.After training, we can research the performance in a long time,Calculate direct income and evaluation difficult are difficult. In our country, theory behind the need of business wholly. And corporation mostly recognized importamce of training performance evaluation, but theory lag relatively, lack efficiency evaluation method.Presently, they did not set up perfect training performance evaluation system at large.The purpose of this text is aim at our corporation characteristic and design a perfect performance evaluation system suit to our business. Correctly evaluation business training performance, supply direction of human capital investment and the investment direction. This text based on Kirkpatrick four hierarchy evaluation mode, and according to our business practice, set up business training performance evaluation index system suit to our company, and research particularly of authority distribution and evaluation method of each index. We also particularly analyzed the influence factors of business training evaluation, put forward advice to avoid those influence factors, conceive quality ensure system of efficiency develop business training evaluation .It is practicability of the index system, and it can evaluation business training performance correctly.This text includes seven parts, the first chapter is forword part, it expound the meaning of this problem, research context, conclusion, thinking and methods. In second chapter, it set forth of the research background. The third , it investigate the actuality of our business training performance evaluation and analyze the reason. The forth part,we put forward index system of business training performance evaluation, and detail research of evaluation means. The fifth chapter, that is demonstration research. Sixth, we expatiate quality ensure system. And the last, we bring forward conclusion and prospect the trend.
