| As a leading industry of the national economy in our country,petrochemical industry is in a critical period of transformation and upgrading.Innovation,green and low-carbon development,digital development,and some other factors have become the direction and focus of the development in this industry.As it brings more space for the development of the industry,it also comes up with more new requirements and challenges for the strategic management of enterprise.While the transformation of the industry accelerates,the performance evaluation of strategic management in most petrochemical enterprises still remains in the initial stage,which emphasizes on the financial performance evaluation.Meanwhile,the research on the actual content of strategic performance is relatively insufficient.The lack of professionalism in strategic performance management mode both hinders further development of the enterprise and restricts the transformation and upgrading of the industry.After further research of the petrochemical enterprises,we realize that many enterprises in this line are lack of the environment-fit strategic performance evaluation system.The strategic performance is currently evaluated with enterprise management and employee performance as its core content.This one-sided evaluation cannot comprehensively reflect the enterprise’s strategic performance,and is also not conducive to the realization of the enterprise’s strategic target.This thesis takes Baolai Bioenergy Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and BSC as the theoretical framework,to discuss and analyze the related issues of Baolai Bioenergy’s strategic performance evaluation.First of all,the questionnaire method is applied to summarize and conclude the current problems in the strategic performance evaluation of the Baolai Bioenergy.Four problems and their causes are analyzed in-depth,such as the mismatching of the overall design of performance evaluation and the strategy,the unfitting of the design of performance evaluation and the current strategic environment,the absence of feedback of evaluation results,and the inappropriateness of existing evaluation methods.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the petrochemical industry and the specific situation of Baolai Bioenergy,the evaluation of social dimension is added,the five-dimensional balanced scorecard is constructed,and the index weight of each dimension is determined.At last,the strategic performance of Baolai Bioenergy CO.,Ltd.is evaluated by using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and a series of safeguard measures are proposed to form a complete strategic performance evaluation scheme and provide effective guarantee for its smooth implementation.Through this research,the problems of low level and poor pertinence of strategic performance evaluation of Baolai Bioenergy have been solved,so that strategic performance evaluation can really promote the strategic development of the company.At the same time,this thesis enriches the application of Balanced Scorecard,and provides some reference and assistance for the strategic performance evaluation of enterprises in the same industry. |
