Research On The EVA Management System

Economic Value Added, which is a registered trademark of Stern Stewart & Company, has been used very successfully as a management system in western countries. As EVA entirely considers capital cost, so can accords with the goal of modern financial management—maximize the wealth of stockholders. Based on the expatiation of EVA concept and its calculate method, This dissertation researches on the application in performance evaluation, decision-making, reword inspiriting of EVA management system in order to find a way for Chinese enterprise to apply EVA, and introduce a new a management mindset and method.The main content of this dissertation is as follows: Based on the expatiation of EVA, analyzes the application value of EVA as a management system, and presents its calculation process;Studies the EVA performance evaluation system mainly, and puts forward to set up value creation ability index in the financial evaluation system, and builds a new financial evaluation mode by using comprehensive fuzzy method,and also analyzes how EVA directs making decision witch is exemplified by case studies, and then based on the expatiation of EVA reward inspiriting system, analyzes its application value in Chinese enterprise;By using demonstration research,taking Dongfeng Automobile CO.,LTD. as the object, calculates its EVA index and analyzes the results, and then applies the established financial evaluation mode in the company and educes the evaluation result;Analyzes the problems that may come across in the application of EVA in Chinese enterprise and presents some advice for it.
