Analysis Of The Objectives And Benefits Of Farmland Conversion In Plutonomy

The farmland conversion system is a crucial part of land policies of countries in China. In terms of previous research, this dissertation explains the conversion of China' s farmland contract managing rights, its influencing factors, basic measures and operations , based on selecting samples and adopting the researching methods involving demonstration, regulation and comparison in four towns of Hubei province .On this bedrock, it establishes the analyzing structure and evaluating index system and applied into the demonstration analysis of the objectives and benefits of the conversion of farmland contract managing rights in sample area, and raises the suggestion on how to perfect our farmland conversion system. This dissertation consists of five parts:In chapter 1, it establishes the analyzing structure for the objectives and benefits of farmland conversion, v/hich includes defining basic terms and researching subjects, selecting samples and evaluating index. This chapter provides background information in order to compare and analyze from the previous to current situation in the implementation of conversion system effectively.
