There are five factors of which controlled the survival and development basement of the enterprise, they are capital, estate, technology, information and human resource, and among them, the human resource is considered to be the most important one. Someone predict that the competition in the 21st century will be the competition of technology and intellective, and all these in the final analysis could be the competition of the development and utilize of the human beings potential. How to develop and utilize the human beings potential become the most difficult subject for all the enterprises, and the most difficult article in which is how to inspire the employee and make them try their best with their job. Since the reform and open-door policy bring into effect, the reform of compensation system for a time become a hot topic in the enterprise reform, and more and more person pay a close attention to whether advance the loaves and fishes only would the promoting function of the salary. The author consider that one significant factor of a succeed company is to establish a reasonable compensation system, which would keep the advantage of the human resource radically, and translate it into the market advantage.In this paper, the author studied the compensation management system of XiaMen CL company, by investigating the compensation in the company, deeply analyzing the problems of the compensation management, based on the key theories of compensation management, the author put forward some methods to improve the compensation management in accordance with the strategy of development and the actual situation of the company .Have taken enough account of the company's developing status at present after systematically illustrated the issues of designing the compensation in all kind of the employee. The design adopted the new Broad Banding style with own solution technique in operating level, which is hoped that this paper can improve salary and reward situation of the company, also provide one vivid case for salary and reward theory study, and play certain action in groping compensation design method for medium and small enterprises.Shortage of the paper mainly is lack of enough discussion on achievements and efficiency assessment system matched with new system. It does not grope and discuss deeply encouragement, non-currency inspiration and etc.The paper comprises four parts : the first, to introduce background for selecting subjects, study meaning and general frame of this paper; the second part gave a very comprehensive analysis about relevant compensation design theory; the third part have redesigned the compensation systems on the basis of analysis of the company's history and developing strategy as well as original compensation systems; the last part summarized and evaluated the reasonable aspects and limitations of new systems, and put forward the future scheme.
