Identifying the advantage, inferior position, opportunity and challenge, establish the primary finance strategy of Lian Gang Group. The two goals include founding the financing system for increasing the output and adjusting structure, innovating the cost and benefit management system.Thirdly, contraposing the two finance strategy goals, the idiographic strategy layout will ensure the effective implement of the strategy and the quantitative and qualitative analysis measures are also adopted to estimate the finance status in the future.
