The Research On Chain Retailing Enterprise Logistics Distribution

The whole retail trade has be opened in 2005 after China had entered WTO, and many international retailing magnates are coning into China, so multiple shops must depend on effective distribution to win in competition. We can find that the successful china retailing enterprise (for example seven-eleven and wal-mart) have a common :they use effective distribution mode and information system to raise property rate and reduce cost .As a result, the enterprises can increase their profitability .The thesis has researched the distribution mode and the information system which are applied by successful multiple shops in different stage, and the outcome of research is expected to supply for the development of native multiple shops.The thesis use the trade cost theories and the supply chain management thought combining examples to study the distribution mode and the information system. The main topics are that the development of the multiple shops'distribution mode has two process : the one is from the suppliers distribution to common distribution and to incorporate distribution, the other one is from the suppliers distribution to provider distribution; and the information system also has experienced from simple bargain system to the collaboration of supply chain. The thesis summarize and perfect the theory about logistics distribution mode and the logistics information system.
