The Research On The Management And Appraises Of Enterprises Knowledge Capital

The competition of the enterprises is getting violently in the environments of knowledge economy, the focus is not only the visible resource, but also the technique and knowledge。The knowledge capital becomes to the rare resource and the key for the value creating。Anyone who owns the knowledge capital, who owns the knowledge economy, who owns the wealth and the world。 Therefore, it is necessary to manage and use the knowledge capital effectively, in order to enhance the core competition and the creation ability。This article is intend to build up a model of knowledge capital management and the appraise system on the basis of the existed research of knowledge capital, so the enterprise could deploy resource effectively and encourage the staff to create more value。This article introduce related theory of knowledge capital firstly, such as human resource management,communication management and so on , so it is easy to manage and appraise the knowledge capital effectively。Secondly, this paper build up a model of knowledge capital management and the evaluating system, it is based on the whole view and the classified view, it discuss the existed reviews of the knowledge capital and find out a evaluating system suit to our country, and then use the AHP to Appraise the knowledge capital。 Finally, this paper discuss the present conditions of our enterprises, find out the problems and solve them, though most enterprises already realized the importance of the knowledge capital, they did not manage and use it effectively。Therefore, it is necessary to strength the knowledge capital management, to change it to the most important compete resource, to win in the economic global and market international environment。...
