The Research On Corporate Strategic Management Based On BSC

BSC has elapsed since more than 10 years. In this process, BSC have been greatly developed both from the development of theory and practice applications. BSC has been an effective tool box as a performance appraisal tool and the enterprise's strategic management in recent years. However, according to analysis of our practice of strategic management and the status of BSC application, we found that: the dislocations of strategy development and strategy implementation affect strategic management results; and BSC, theoretically, to a certain extent, can solve the problem, but in the application of strategic management practice has occurred in many issues. What reasons? How to maximize the combination of strategic management and BSC? The answer to these questions and explore this would constitute a major component. This article is composed of the following four components:1. From the strategic management of the development, reveal the strategic management trends. Analysis the practice of strategic management, then introduce some of the major issues about successful strategic management.2. Analysis the development and application of BSC. Then focus on the strategic management of BSC in-depth analysis of the application, and explore issues arising from the roots.3. Based on BSC, design a strategic management model and analysis and present the model of the meaning and scope of application. On this basis, the company BSC, departments BSC and individuals BSC have been conducted on the design concept.4. Integrate performance management model for implementation. Some change should been taken on the enterprise culture and the structure by BSC; the problem needed attention of implementation of the model have been dealt.
