Revitalizing the Old-industrial Base in Northeast China is an important strategic measure to realize the coordinate development of our national economy and society. The feature of the industrial development of the Old-industrial Base in Northeast China registers as a high proportion of traditional industry, a laggard development of rising and high-tech industries. Therefore, it's very important to optimize and upgrade the industry structure in revitalizing the Old-industrial Base in Northeast China. As a core and blood-supply system of modem economy, finance plays an important role in the transforming of traditional industry and in the development of hi-tech industry, and the systematic support of finance is a vital guarantee and the main impetus to the optimization of the industrial structure. However, deficient financial support and low-class efficiency has become a primary factor which restricts its industrial structure optimization. Under such circumstances as limited financial funds, such burning questions loomed large as how to solve and unload bequeathal difficult problem, how to reduce financial risk, how to raise funds and strip bad assets off to support the transforming of the traditional industry and the development of hi-tech and preponderant industry and to promote the optimization of the industrial structure which are all of great realistic significance.The dissertation analyzed the mechanism of financial support and the optimization of the industrial structure and researched the financial support for the optimization of the industrial structure empirically, which laid the theoretical foundation of the farther analysis of the current financial situation in Northeast China and of the corresponding supportive measures.
