Research On The Optimization Of Industrial Structure In The Revitalization Of Northeast Old Industrial Base

The optimization of industrial structure is the inherent requirement of the healthy and stable development of the economy.no matter what region wants to make great progress in the economic development,it is necessary to ensure the reasonable development of the industrial structure.For the three northeastern provinces,the old industrial base that has made outstanding contributions to the construction and upgrading of new China's industrialization level,brilliant achievements have long been in the past.Now the northeast area has become scarred by long reliance on high resource consumption industries.Therefore,for the local government,society and the common people,how to use the revitalization of northeast old industrial base of this opportunity,efforts to promote the optimization of industrial structure development,in order to obtain the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standard is particularly important.The thesis starts with the development of the industrial structure of the three provinces in Northeast China,using the method of factor analysis,through comprehensive industrial structure rationalization,industrial structure upgrading and industrial structure efficiency indicators,we set up a comprehensive evaluation system to measure the overall situation of the industrial structure optimization and development in the Northeast China.We can know the status of the industrial structure optimization to the northeast region is generally optimistic,but in view of its internal structure,the three levels of industrial structure have not been effectively coordinated and improved,the industrial structure rationalization process is relatively weak,in the long run,will not hold up the steps of continue to optimize the industrial structure.And if it is analyzed from the internal structure of the three industries,there are certain problems in the development of various industries.For example,the first industry is obviously biased towards low value-added agriculture,but not enough attention is paid to the development of other first industries such as forestry,fishery,and animal husbandry.The second industry is long dependent on the traditional heavy industry.Industry,the development of light industry lacks vitality,the development of the third industry needs more efforts,and the importance of new services such as finance and tourism needs to be strengthened.Then through the establishment of the VAR model,to make clear the internal and external factors which restrict the further optimization of the industrial structure of the three provinces in Northeast China and its mechanism of action.Finally,according to the analysis of influencing factors,two related paths of industrial structure optimization in the three northeastern provinces are proposed.The first is the internal push optimization path:encourage consumer provide space for the development of light industry,strengthen technological innovation promotes the development of traditional advantage industry optimization,promote the industrial convergence to accelerate the development of agricultural modernization;The second is to go outside and developments of optimal path:strengthening policy support to support private enterprises,improve the government actively develop the third industry,to create open platform through international trade boost industrial structure optimization.At present,there are many related indicators of industrial structure optimization in the world,but most of them are aimed at a certain level of industrial structure optimization.Therefore,it is necessary to establish an evaluation system for the specific situation of the northeast China.Through to the research on the path of industrial structure optimization in the three northeastern provinces,we can not only promote the sustained and healthy development of the economy in Northeast China,but also improve the living standard of the local residents.It also has a certain reference value for the development and transformation of the industrial structure in other parts of China.
