As a important composing of financial insurance,the life insurance is working more and more function.It can help economy of our country increase constantly and rapidly,help the living quality of our people improve as it develops healthily.This thesis starts with current situation and the problem of marketing model of life insurance in our country, namely channel structure of life insurance is unreasonable, agency is badly underdeveloped, the cost of direct marketing channel is high, and personal agent occupying main among marketing models in life insurance has a lot of problem in such aspects as management.These problem have brought influence to the marketing of life insurance companies, and restricted the development of life insurance industry in our country.To above phenomena and problem,this thesis uses the basal theory of marketing and management,and refered to the advanced marketing developmental experience about life insurance of the developed countries,such as America,Japan and Britain. Through the research on their marketing model and management,we can compare various marketing model ,analyse their advantage and disadvantage related with the fact of our country.On the base of research on the influencing element of marketing model,the thesis brings forward suggestion on the developing direction of life insurance marketing.To assure the various marketing model of life insurance to develop successfully and healthily,we must manage the marketing model development effectively.At the end of this thesis,it brings out creative management policy to various marketing model of life insurance,which is the central question and creative point.The thesis is mainly as follow:The first section is developmental status of the marketing model of other countries and our country.It mainly includes the developmental process and current status of life insurance's marketing model of America,Japan,Britain and our country.The second section is the applying effect analysis of the marketing model of...
