| This thesis discussed the marketing strategy in the branch post office--Huashi Post Office, by using several marketing and managementtheories. The marketing strategy research needs to conjoint with different postal operations, so it's difficult and challenging certainly. It's meaning for making full use of advantages and enhancing core competences to research branch post office MARKETING strategy. The branch post office can benefit from the research. This research discussed competitive environment of the branch post office's marketing research, analyzed it by using such methods of SWOT analysis and Portfolio analysis. Aiming at the characters of the Huashi Post Office, this research put forward two parts of strategic projects. The first part of project is to develop the marketing system and BPR(Business Processing Rebuilding). The second part is to create individual postal resolvent for specifical clients and supply conjoint services. After evaluating the two parts of projects by suitability, feasibility and acceptability, analyzing the projects with Analytic hierarchy process, the projects were carried into execution in marketing process of the branch post office. After a 6 monthes practicing in the postal marketing, these projects were approved. The Huashi Post Office comes to the top and develops unremittingly. |
