The postal enterprise is an important public enterprises, the postal network is an important social infrastructure. For a long time, China postal network resources across the country and become an important part of promoting the development of the national economy. However, with the rapid development of modern communication technology, the ecological environment of the postal enterprises are undergoing tremendous change. Since the beginning of the new century, postal also constantly change, to achieve a separation of enterprise from corporate reform, to face market competition. The postal enterprises achieve transformation of how the market is full of challenges and opportunities in the ocean, with strong quality image outside, Yong forefront, how to better utilize core resources for new profit growth point and improve economic efficiency imminent.Starting from the analysis of the postal internal and external environment, introduced the concept of the Postal three plates, the pattern of development of the characteristics separate operation and integration, the use of the PEST method and SWOT method analysis of opportunities and challenges, strengths and weaknesses, and indicate the direction of the efforts, and how to achieve weaknesses; learn from the success stories of the Post peers, competitors, partners, proposed the Jining postal how to create a market-oriented marketing system; from region of Jining City, Shandong reality, analysis of the laws of the market to identify business opportunities and points of integration.
