Tire industry in our country is an important component vehicle industry chain. In several years, as an industry with broad prospect, it has more quickly developed in production quantity and radicalization. Its construction from single state enterprise has developed into three partial pattern of sate, foreign invested and private enterprise .GTC (Guizhou Tyre Co.,Ltd) is a large scale stated shareholding enterprise of national top ten and international top 75.It will face a serial of problems, such as rising prices for raw materials, opposite competition and internal management system.Tire industry of China for life intervals, technology, construction, supply and demand, sales market and international market was analyzed systematically in this essay. And GTC strategic analysis was discussed with evaluating and analyzing methods of Critical Success Factors, the Balanced Score card and SWOT(Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). Competition strategy of an enterprise was drawn out on the basis of summary and analysis. At the same time, some proposals for various strategies were offered in the essay.
