| At present,our washing industry is in the primary stage of development,with low entry threshold,mainly small and medium-sized enterprises,and there are some problems such as irregular “workshop” operation and imperfect intelligence.However,with the rapid development of market demand,many washing enterprises adopt the strategy of low-price competition,resulting in serious disorder competition in the industry.Taking Hebei Xinchen Washing Company as an example,this paper makes an empirical analysis to enrich its competitive strategy theory.It is beneficial to provide research support for the strategic decision of Hebei Xinchen Washing Company to build competitive advantages.This paper provides the theoretical basis for constructing the core competitiveness of Chinese washing industry.Based on the relevant theories,this paper firstly analyzes the external environment and internal conditions faced by Hebei Xinchen Washing Company,summarizes the key success factors of the washing industry,and quantitatively evaluates the ability of Hebei Xinchen Washing Company to cope with the external environment and utilize the internal conditions.Secondly,the competitive strategy of Xinchen Washing is discussed by using the method of SWOT and QSPM quantitative research.Finally,according to the choice of competitive strategy,the enterprise’s competitive strategy is implemented: first,from the introduction of O2 O marketing model,strengthen after-sales service,strengthen the overall quality of the sales team to achieve the communication direction differentiation;Second,from strengthening the quality management ability,strengthen the internal management and control ability,strengthen the operation management ability to achieve the image positioning differentiation;Thirdly,the internal control direction should be differentiated from three aspects: adhering to the concept of “employees first”,building an equal and democratic working environment,and implementing humanized employee incentives. |
