In recent years, domestic enterprises are forced to give more attention to crisis management due to increasing crisis events resulting from greatly increasing unstability of surviving and developing environment, accelerating change of market requirement, disadvantageous effect of natural and political factors and leaping development of science technology. Relevant investigation suggests that current status of domestic enterprises' crisis management isn't ideal and corresponding response mechanism isn't wholesome. It is more severe that quite a few managers of the enterprises consider that crisis management is merely response and handling after crisis while lacking consciousness for crisis early-warning, which results in that most of enterprises haven't complete crisis early-warning system, even necessary early-warning measure. Thus, it is of significant value to study crisis early-warning of enterprises.This paper constructs enterprise's system of early-warning indexes starting from status of its organizational management. Firstly, four level-one indexes of early-warning index system of enterprise organizational management status is identified with help of relevant literature exploration and consultation from experts, which consists of status of organization structure, management regulation and standard status of enterprise, running status of each functional departments as well as human resource status. Then, level-one indexes are detailed into fourteen level-two indexes while level-two indexes are detailed into thirty-eight level-three indexes. Secondly, weights of indexes belonging to each level is identified by layered analysis and expert ordering. Hence, a system of enterprise organizational management status early-warning index with somehow science, reasonability and manipulatability is created.Questionnaire is adopted to evaluate organizational management status of K corporation using this early-warning index system. Evaluation on enterprise organizational management status by managers and other staff is collected. After processing relevant data, global and local result of evaluation is obtained which shows that organizational management status of K corporation is close to normal level as a whole and management regulation and standard status as well as human resource status has some local problems.The above results of research and relevant feedback suggest that early-warning index system constructed in this paper is useful in early-warning monitoring on...
