The Study On Enterprise Crisis Early-warning System Under Network Environment

With the rapid development of computer technology, modern communication technology and network technology, and the trend of globally economic integration, the great changes have happened in external circumstances and inner conditions of corporation management. These changes result in a series of severe business crises and badly threaten the business management and continual progress. Early-warning management of corporation is very important for the managers, which can help them analyze and forecast the whole factors, find out the potential crises and take effective measures to control many kinds of crises. It is also able to make Chinese enterprises adapt to the quickly-changing network environment and maintain competition advantage. With respect to considerations discussed above, it is very urgent for our companies to design and build up a pre-warning system, which enables enterprises to inspect, diagnose, control and modify the whole process of management.This paper focuses on establishing an early-warning system under network environment, the course to carry out and its supportive system. It aims to be the guidance for the corporations to practice pre-warning management, improve their strategic management level and skills in order to survive in today's uncertain and dynamic competitive circumstances.This thesis consists of seven chapters as following: Chapter one will introduce the background, significance, research clue and method, content at the same time. It conveys lots of information about the needs to build up the early-warning system. Chapter two will review the researches about foreign and domestic pre-warning theory. Chapter three analyzes the crises of the enterprises, and the definition, the old and new character of crises, the types and also classifies the enterprises viable to the attacks. This part also analyzes the causes for the crises from the internal factors mainly, and the developing stage and the course of corporation's crisis. Chapter four discusses the function and several crises formation, and then their advantages and disadvantages. Chapter five puts emphases on conducting the system for the early-warning administrative. The system includes three parts: the pre-warning analysis system and the countermeasure system and results-evaluating system. Chapter six is a simulation which reappears the entire process of how the pre-warning system works. Chapter Seven reaches the conclusions of this paper and suggestions for the research afterwards.
