The Application Study Of A Software Business Enterprise Crisis Early-Warning Management

This study takes the crisis early-warning management theories as foundation, with A software business enterprise for the research object. Firstly, by comparing the crisis early-warning management methods, the index sign power heavy methods and the business enterprise crisis early-warning comprehensive index sign system evaluation methods, the study concludes: the method of the combination of AHP and FCE is more suitable for the crisis early-warning management of software business enterprises. Secondly, based on the on-site inspection to A software business enterprise and analysis of interviewing result, the study sets up A software business enterprise crisis early-warning index sign system, including 7 first class index sign and 27 second class index signs. In the end, the study evaluates the crisis appearance of A software business enterprise by experts granding and sets up special crisis early-warning management system according to A software business enterprise existent condition. The system includes a crisis early-warning analysis system and a crisis early-warning counterplan system. The main contents include building up a crisis management section, drawing up a crisis early-warning management plan, strengthening the communication and contact with business enterprise parties concerned etc. The conclusion is that the crisis early-warning management system which the study sets up can be applicable to A software business enterprise and can be practical to other software business enterprises.
