With the deepening of the electric power market reforms and the developing of commercial of power supply business enterprise, electricity industry is faced with marketing challenge as other industries. Many problems of power supply company begin to unfold gradually. Marketing work become the key for power supply company to survive and develop. Therefore, to establish a set of effective marketing strategy has a great significance for power supply company to win initiative and hold chance. So, this article take the Chongqing electric power company's subordinate X power supply company as example, comprehensive research to the electric power market and establish the new marketing strategy of power supply company to work in the electric power market reforms.First, taking the strategic management as the instruction, according to the electric power marketing theory steps, considering X power supply bureau actual situation, this article analyses X power company's marketing environment, such as the macroscopic environment, the market environment, the electric market main body and X power supply company's own resources and the ability, and produces the strategic choice by using the SWOT matrix, second, for X power supply company, after fractionizing the electric market as different standard and going to the target market, this paper figures X power supply company should make its strategic orientation as a managerial and marketing power supply company so that it can offer high grade, advantage and economic service, ensure national assets increment. This paper still establish the marketing strategic aim, and present particular marketing strategy including five facet as power product, power price, distribution channel, sales promotion and electric service. Finally, to ensure the smooth implementation of the marketing strategy, X Power should strengthen several areas as follows: in ideology, to radicate the right marketing position and establish the correct marketing concepts; in technical implementation, to startup the customer care system (CCS ) under the leadership of the municipal electricity company, in cultural atmosphere, to set up suitable sales culture, in human resources, to training high-quality professional marketing teams.This article is the application for strategic management and the market marketing theory to establish the power supply company's marketing strategy and play a reference role for X power supply company formulates its marketing strategy.
